Cultura Connector is a 501(c3) nonprofit that is steered by our Advisory Board and input from our directory members.
We define culture as “agreed upon values, beliefs, and attitudes within a system”. As such, this directory allows listings for cultural linguists, cultural centers, educators, performers, designers, or other professions from cultures as well as subcultures which includes people and organizations who support Endangered Languages, LGBTQ+, Persons with Disabilities, Gender Equity, and other lived experiences.
Our free, open directory serves as a resource hub where cultural consultants, educators, designers, game developers, and storytellers can be found and hired to ensure diverse perspectives are represented at every level of creation and development. Learn more at www.CulturaConnector.net.
Cultura Connector is also a proud partner of GRIT (Games for Resilience and Interactive Transformation), a groundbreaking therapeutic program that uses live-action role-playing (LARP) to help war-affected children process trauma, reclaim their sense of self, and preserve their cultural identities. Through connection, collaboration, and innovative initiatives like GRIT, we work to ensure that cultures are accurately represented, voices are heard, and traditions are preserved.
